we have a large fleet of modern luxury executive and standard coaches for hire with a variety of specifications, from 16 seats up to 82 seats.

Notes for airport bookings: Heathrow and Gatwick both operate a tightly controlled system, which means coaches have to report to a coach park away from the main airport. on arrival at the coach park the driver will have to check in with a BAA controller stating the FLIGHT NUMBER which is being met.

The BAA controller will issue a permit to the driver which is valid from 30 to 60 minutes after the aircraft has landed. Once the permit has been issued the coach can then progress to the passenger terminal. However the driver can at NO time leave the coach unattended outside the terminal.

If you do have difficulty in finding the coach outside the passenger terminal building speak to one of the BAA coach Marshall's who will then authorize the BAA controller to issue a permit to the coach driver to come down to the terminal.
